What do I always feel dizzy after a 30 min workout?!

Electrolites are low , eat bannas apricots and raisins . also take 500 mg of b-5 for your adreanals , i had that same problem years ago my regular doctor did all sorts of test could not figure it out till i saw my chiropractor and he was also a nutritionist and he gave me that remedy , almost right away i was better .... stay away from gatoraide drinks too much sugar in them,

You're probably dehydrated. Drink water throughout the day.

u need to do a light jog and warm up first because blood is rushing TOO fast...it's like how when u sit down for long periods then suddenly get up and your vision goes a bit and u get dizzy.

When you over exert yourself your brain no longer gets the oxyegn it requires. all your oxygen is being used to keep your body in motion.

Sounds like you are not at a good level of fitness yet. So don't be hard on your body, listen to it. If you are trying to run too much too fast then please stop. Start with jogging and walking intervals. In no time you will be able to work out without the fatigue.
