I'm a weak person, and I want to know what I should eat to become physically!

Question: I often get nausea for no apparent reason, I faint when I exercise in the heat and the sunlight, I black out if I don't lie down on the first day of my period, my digestive system upsets very easily, etc. etc.

I am so troubled because I can't enjoy my life and I'm very busy, and my whole family scolds me for being weak because I hold everybody back in everything . . .

Is there anything I can start eating or drinking from now on, so that I can become physically stronger?

Any help is appreciated.

aww thats stupid they make you feel like your holding people back!! wut a bad thing to do. Well what I would do is probably try to push your limits. like, eat lots of meat and make sure you have a balanced diet, maybe find out why your so prone to black outs from your doctor and ask him for help. But yeah push your limits and eventually you will be able to resist this. and maybe consider some therapy bcuz ur stressed bout lots and it could be messin u up.

eat spinach

work out

bananas

Iron...

Edit: Something with it !

meat duh

spinich. lots and lots of spinich.

do what popeye does, gets strong by just eating can of spinach... if not get protein

eat ur green vegetables kiddie, they make u have strongocity, and dont forget the milk, or u culd get a personal trainer, i have one an it works

start slowly by doing a few sit ups every day, gradually work into doing a whole bunch, then try jogging for like five minutes on a treadmill, then the next day do six and so on. Good luck

Eat spinach but make sure it comes from a can.

Any food that has plenty of proteins will help your muscle but you need the exercise to convert any excess body fat you might have to muscle as well.

umm well my step bro drinks these chocolate powedered protien drinks (no steroids or anything) and he works out in his basement. exercise iny where in the house like sit ups and girl push ups or regular pushups or krunches and joggin in one place while listing to msuci. if you can go to tthe gym hit the treadmill baby!

eat steak

try eating more protein and eat like 4 to 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones... maybe do indoor track and ask your health teacher for some advise. Drink your milk and maybe take a midol the day before you start your period and then the day you start....gl eat healthy and make sure your body is getting what it needs....you also might need more iron

If you have an interrelated complex of physical conditions, which you seem to, this is not the venue to get the answers you need. Please see a proper physician. The best you'll get here is a well-intentioned guess. You may be treatable. It could be as simple as more protein. But one can get too much protein and it is very hard on your kidneys and liver. So, as I said... doctor.

You need to eat a lot of protein and complex carbohydrates. But to tell you the truth, you sound like you're suffering from hypochondria or it could be depression. You need some help from a counselor (Mental Health).

Look at the food triangle. Follow it.

spinach,......... ugagagaga (popeye)

drink whey protein shakes by *chapion nutrition*....... 30-50 grams per shake and they taste good(ask the counter dood which one to get and go to a small hole-in-the-walll place not your mall health store they will rip you off)

EGGS PATOATOES LOTS OF PROTEIN and then workout

Seriously, you may have a medical condition. You should see your doctor. Some of those symptoms sound like Diabetes or a thryroid condition. But that is really guessing. A healthy person should not be fainting and feeling weak.

Whatever it is it will be treatable and you will get your life back. Don
