Could I lose weight by marching in place in front of the t.v.?!

Question: I don't have exercise equipment, can't afford to go to a gym, and it's too cold to exercise outdoors.

Of course, but it depends on how intense and how long you march AND most of all, how many calories you consume. You will always lose weight if you use more calories (activities of daily living, exercise, body functions) than you consume. Simple as that.

Try using your arms with weights, e.g vegetable cans and/or gallon or half gallon jugs full of water aso. Lift them out in front of you, above your head, out to the side. Every little bit helps. Good luck.

my guess is yes... cuz any activity you do will brun cals.. its just im not sure if thats a really great way .. imean .. it cant hurt im 100% sure of that

Yes, but jump roping will work way better.
