diet and exercise?

yes you do

try joining Weight Watchers - www.weightwatchers.com or Jenny Craig - www.jennycraig.com

exercise like crazy :)

yep. unless thats all muscle

You better get on a diet plan right away as your heart will give out.

jog daily, diet alot .. eat cereal .. and exersize :P

personally, i'm anorexic

With the amount you have to lose, I suggest you look into Atkins, to get you started. Once you learn the basics, look into South Beach.

play a sport or get off the coputer

Eat radishes, drink apple cider vinegar in your foods and just stay active...turn that 305 into muscle...lift weights

no need to lose weight.
just grow another 2 feet taller.

Weight watchers is a very easy diet to follow...and you still get to eat the things you like. I know many people that have lost a lot of weight on it! I need to lost about 50 lbs so I'm starting weight watchers next week. Good Luck!

See a doctor. All diets and exercise plans should be approved by a doctor before undertaking them.

DONT EAT AT NIGHT I WAS A SIZE 13 AND I LOST 10 JEAN SIZES BY DOING THIS

wow

eat zaxbys salad
low fat/calorie stuff
sign up for total fitness and go on a treadmill and walk a couple of miles 3 days a week.

yes you dooo.
go run 3 miles a day.
stop eating chocolate, chips, cookies, ect.
eat small meals.
and keep exercising!
good luck!

D4mmmmmmm. you are not kidding.

exercise workout videos, they r fun and u will like them because by ur name that u use.. game freak it sounds like u like being visual with things. u have to commit to doing exercises otherwise they probably not work. u have to want to loose weight, not getting forced to because u will want to rebel and not do them.

try running or jogging. There is a test called the pacer test which is a test that measures endurance. It is sure to make you lose weight. Also go on a diet and cut back on the sweets.

You might want to start with a check up by a doctor to make sure you don't have any underlying health issues before you start any serious exercise or diet programs.
Cut out soda and junk food. Learn to love vegetables (I'm still working on that one). Walk 30 minutes a day to start. If you can only walk 5 minutes do it 6 times a day. Don't give up. I think it is the prevention.com site that has the 100 best diet tips ever. It has a lot of simple things you can do to cut calories. Don't think of this as a diet. Think of it as getting yourself healthier. Because if you don't make some life changes your life won't be too long or fun if you can't move out of your house.

Join the club! Loosing weight is really hard. there are no quick fixes. I have also struggled with my weight for many years. I tried many diets and failed every single one. I finally found a diet that works. Try Weight Watchers. It is the best diet out there. I went from 277 lbs to 230 lbs in about 7 months and I didnt feel like I was misssing anything. You get to eat any food you want. No strict rules. just stay within your points for the day and your good. It really is the best way to loose weight. I still have a long way to go, about 50 lbs but I know I will make it. Please try weight watchers. It works! You will feel so much better.

If you can stop drinking soda pop, like Coke, then you'll be doing yourself a big favor. Ice cream also should be avoided. They have a lot of calories, few nutrients, and they don't even fill you up. You could keep everything in your life the same, and drop 10 or 15 pounds just by avoiding pop and ice cream.

In general, eat less, exercise more.

Or is there some snack you eat every day that's high in calories? If you can just avoid eating/drinking that, that's a good way to lose a few pounds without doing anything else. Like, cut one 12 oz pop out of your daily diet and you could probably lose 15 pounds in a month while doing everything else the same.

Maybe ask a teacher, counselor or an adult you trust.

Hey Sweetie, I know this sounds typical but... "Weight Watchers" worked for me, it is good because you can eat everything if you just watch the points. If you are not the type of guy to sit in on a meeting, you can always join and use the books at home.

P.S. to start out you would be amazed with the
amount of food you have to eat. Very satisfying as well. ;)
all the best to you in whatever you choose to do.

hey bro the only way u can lose weight is if u really put effort into it. You need to do some resources like try and find food u like that is healthy. In order to lose weight u have to change your eating habits. One of the most important things is exercising everyday. U need to have a plan and get use to exercising everyday. People have a habit of skipping one day and then it leads to two days and so on. Anybody can lose weight if they truly believe they can and are willing to change their lifestyle. In my opinion the most important thing is to ''never give up''. One thing that would really help is getting a personal trainer who can work with u. Good luck

First thing's first, start keeping a "food journal." In it, write down everything you eat in a given day and the number of calories/fat grams/etc. as given by the back of a label. Remember, as a general rule 1 serving is roughly the size of your fist (unless otherwise noted). You want to reduce your caloric consumption to around 1200-1500 calories per day.

Cut out fat/calories by watching what you add to your food and drinks. Don't drink sodas, even diet soda has sugars and sodium which will increase fluid retention. Instead, try carbonated water, it gives you the same feeling with 0 of everything.

If you drink coffee, eat cereal, etc. don't add sugar! Also, avoid adding salt and eat low sodium foods. These will generally be non-canned foods or foods with low preservatives.

Replace 1 meal a day with a big salad. You can add whatever vegetables/fruits you want. Use bacon bits or nuts sparingly as they are high in fat and be sure to use a fat free dressing. You will be surprised how much a salad with a ton of cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. will fill you up.

Begin exercising. Get a gym membership and go four times a week if possible. Use an elliptical to burn fat and build cardio capabilities while using weight exercises (low weight totals with high repetitions. Ex, use 15 pound dumbbells for bicep reps and do 3 sets of 20. This will reduce fat and will replace it with lean muscle while helping you to avoid extra skin.

Start walking/jogging as much as possible. It's very difficult to begin but before you know it you'll be able to jog to the end of the street, then a mile, then even more! Don't give up early and if you need to, hire a personal trainer or exercise with a friend/family member to keep you motivated.

well start out by just eating healthy foods, as much as youd like. eat in meals not snaks. you can have as many meals as youd like as long as its healthy and not continuous eating. then start making your portions smaller. after you get use to that start limiting your meals. 3 meals a day and 2 snacks if you can do that if not then increase the portions. walk regularly and eat slowly swallow your food before you take another bite and put down your silver ware everytime you put something in your mouth. its all about downsizeing your stomach then you will get fuller faster. maybe join a local gym or rec center and go there 2 or 3 times a week to work out, even if your just walking around a track. and kind of excercise will help. no money for weight watchers or diet programs? just follow your own thing. every time you think about eating junk stop your self and ask how good it will feel once you take the weight off, and how many positive things will come with it and choose something healither. drink alot of water and dont eat if your just bored. remember, food is a nessicisty not a pleasure.if none of this helps get a friend or family member to go along with you. remember its not a diet its a healthier way of living. write down what you eat. everything and keep track of the calories. the calories you need everyday is your weight multiplyed by 15. subtract about 300 from that and that should be your goal of calories each day.. the less you weigh the less calories you will need to eliminate from what you are really supposed to have.. say you loose 100 lbs multiply 205 by 15 and only cut down 100 calories. when you are at a weight you like then stop taking away calories and just eat what you are supposed to have. i hope any of this will help ! GOOOD LUCK.
