Weight loss/sports?!


Question: i am 14 and i weigh 160 my bmi is 25, i want to lose some wieght so i can be lighter on my feet waht should i do?

sports, well do this.... do you like basketball? Put two of your friends in the corner shooting threes and you collect their rebounds for 20 minutes. Or gather 5 or 6 friends and have 2 balls. The first guy shoots and if he makes it he goes to the back of the line. If he misses, he has to put it back in before the guy behind him hits. Its fun but EXHAUSTING. Boxing, is the best cardio ive ever seen though. Just circle the bag and punch away, and keep your feet moving.

run.... cardio is always the best way to lose weight and get into better shape
