Phentermine.... has anyone ever taken this to lose weight?!
Question: if so, how much weight did you lose? I'm getting married in April and would like to lose about 40lbs by then. I just need a little help in the beginning. I'm currently at 210. Do you think this is a realistic goal? I'm also exercising and dieting. Thanks for any info.

Yes, phentermine is a very safe and effective way to lose weight, I know cause I have used it in the past. I lost 20 pounds in a month. I would say your goal weight is very reasonable. Phentermine is really great to take the edge off of hunger-it's amazing, it really does work!!! You still have to be careful not eat out of boredom. Also, you lose weight so quickly, it is important to exercise or you will be left with alot of saggy skin instead of a tight, lean body. It doesnt cost much- I beleive it was about $14 for a month supply when I took them....good luck on your diet and congrats on your wedding~~~~
im going through the same thing you are, im trying to loose weight not for a wedding but just to improve my self-esteem. So the advice i give to you, is dont take a wieght lose pill, its basically just like speed and you can get really addicted, go to you local health food store and you can get a lot of vitamins that are good for you and can help you loose lots of wieght. I started 3 days ago and i already lost 4lbs. Plus i've been drinking lots of water.So if you want to loose weight fast and its still healthy go to a health food store.
