Hello.
As an experienced trainer I can tell you that this is normal
Everything is OK with you try to understand that once you have stopped your effort your body recovers himself.
I believe that though you felt that your muscles works you have not ripped yourself so this is very acceptable that your body recovered from this effort after a while.
Also remember that even though you don't feel anything it doesn't necessarily mean that you haven't done anything.
You can improve your appearance and muscle size without feeling terrible pains.
Hope I've helped you

Well, its hard to say....... but a good rule of thumb to exhaust your muscles during training is to workout untill failure.. untill u =cannot do another rep, and then to sometimes do something called a drop set right after u did your heavy set... that is a set that is a light weight right after you lifted heavy to get a burn

workouts should usually last 45 - 60 mins and should be intense... don't worry if u do not always get sore.. soreness comes and goes...

Be sure to keep adding weight, and do your reps to muscle failure (meaning you cant possibly do another one). It sounds to me like you arent pushing yourself enough.

well its funny u say that i weight lift everyday myself if thats happens drink protine and do push ups it doesnt mean ur under trained it means ur body can take more of a work out thats a good thing not every one is like that....
