Is this enough for a triceps workout?!

Question: I do my triceps workout twice per week.I do 3 exercises-lying tri extn, tri extn and cable push down!
I do 2 sets each per day ,so that makes 6 sets overall.I do 10-15 reps per set increasing weight gradually. Is this enough or should I do more!!

uhm, that workout is not bad... but if i i were you i would just workout the tricep once a week, do say 4 different exercises per that muscle and try doing lower reps..... muscles should only be worked out once a week.... and u should be doing 3 sets per exercise.... 3x4 = 12 sets in total.... go about 8 -10 reps

sounds like enough to me
try doing different stuff to like dips and push ups to keep your body guessing and growing
Mix it up.

Are you getting any results? Do you change your workout? If not, maybe you can try close grip benchpress...dips...overheard tricep extension on the cables? Let me know if this helps!

u to young to have muscles

try adding dips , and close grip bench press , also pump up your fore arms , wrist curls , reverse curls , dumbell hammer ,

What you are doing is more than enough. Try to work out at most 3 times a week unless you are a bodybuilder. If you are looking to add pure triceps strength I suggest you do more multi-joint exercises like bench press and push ups with 8- 12 reps . If you are trying to get CUT then do reverse triceps pull downs with 15 reps for 3 sets. In my opinion, reverse triceps pull downs give you that nice feel and works all three heads.
