Muscles always tear. That's how they grow, by building on torn and scarred tissue with new tissue. If you don't feel sore or tired at all, you didn't push yourself hard enough. Try doing less reps but faster. It keeps your muscles working and straining for a longer period of time because whn you do more, you are tempted to stop or take a break.

If you got the most out of it, you'll feel it everytime you move. At least, at first, then it's time to up the workout again.

if you're sore the next day.

u must warmup before lifting, then u have 20% of more flexibility.

burn?

First off, before you do any workout, drink plenty of water for your muscles. After the workout, drink plenty of water. Never try to do more than you can. While your body needs to be shocked, it doesn't need to be overstrained. Start out with smaller weight and work up.

When you are lifting weights for reps, do them slowly. You will notice the burn a lot faster.

Soreness is not a good indicator of proper exercise intensity. The true thing to be cognizant of is power output. If you increase the total work performed then your muscles will grow. You should always exercise caution in the gym, but the heavier the weight, the higher the power output, and the more likely you will experience growth.
