Body For Life challenge?!
Question: I decided I'm going to begin the "Body For Life Challenge" because I've heard amazing things about it.
My only worry is the weight-training. I do not belong to a gym and only have a few sets of weights- I can do the cardio workout on my treadmill, sit-ups, etc but will this program still work if i focus more on cardio than weight-training?
Thanks in advance.

I am doing the BFL challenge and you can definitely do the weight training at home. I think they even give examples on the site of at home training.
If you don't do the weights and only cardio you are not going to tone up though.
Madison,
I've done the challenge, and I have to say it's ok, but there are better programs out there. And doing cardio alone can only get you so far. Without weight training, you will not be able to experience the body transformation that you are looking for. Any serious program will have to be done at the gym where there is a good selection of weights and equipment.
And it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you want to get a toned physique, you might want to try this program out instead. Like I said, I've done Body for Life, and it's ok, but I'm doing this program and it's getting me awesome results with less work.
