Is it good working in night shift (Bpo)?!


Question: It's pretty cool but it takes awhile to get used to it.I like dark and quite so i loved working at Denny:s all niter .Now i have a son and i"m a single mom so i have to do days shifts" But you"ll be OK and hopefully it will keep you busy"so the time goes faster than normal lol. lots of luck .,.

you know i always liked it because when i got off i had the days to get in my training. as a cyclist i spent hours riding each day when i was racing and i liked working nights.

I just switched back to days from nights. I did it for a while but got tired of it plus i gained a lot of weight. I was able to workout in the morning but wasn't putting as much into it as i use to due to being tired and all. I prefer days. The sleeping at night when your suppose to iss great to. I get workout in in the evening which works better for me.

it is not in synch with the laws of nature .
people working at night have lot of mental problems
anxiety and tension and get on short fuse .
They tend to gain weight .

No it is not good in night shifts because you would not get enough sleep. Unless you are getting some sleep. Bu you should not work in night shifts.

No,I don't think that working in night shift is good for health,bcoz its disturb ur body routin,This is nature how make day for work and night for sleep,if we regularly disturb our routin it does not good for health

you are changing the rule of nature by working in night shift, but you need to compromise on it,
You are travelling from one place to other place in night bus, if the people start saying that they cant ride bus in the night times whatt will you do.. they are doing the job same way you work in night sift, its all for earining more, rest is up to,,,
