Do you think i need to diet (Pic jncluded)?!


Question: Im short (4ft 11inches) and like everyone esle i have my days where i feel fat, alot of people tell me im fine..but i dont feel fine, i feel chubby, so if you have any suggestions or comments ( as long as their not RUDE) i will really appreciate it....and if i need to diet, what diet should i do?

no you do not need to diet. i'm 4'11 too and have a similar body type. i have days like that as well. its just that with our shorter more condensed bodies any weight you gain (even a few pounds) shows up easier - no fun for us! the best idea is to always try to eat a healthy balanced diet (www.mypyramid.gov) and workout most days of the week. remember we are always more critical about ourselves...everyone probably thinks you are cute and tiny! gotta love being short! =)

I see no reason why you would have to go on a diet...you look like ur in great shape

Oh hunny, you are fine! You dont need to feel chubby at all! Your body is proportional for your size. DONT WORRY! We all have days like that but its normal. Just love the skin your in and love the body you have. If you are worried about not being healthy, join a sports team or go jogging with friends after school!

But if you want, you could run or walk every day, that will make you feel better when you feel fat. That happens to me too. I'm pretty fit, but sometimes after I eat I feel bloated and "fat".

No you look fine, but if you want definition and a firm body not to mention good health exercise at least 5 times a week. Do cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Here are some of my recommendations
