What are some good diets??!


Question: im 16 ( 17 in april ) im 5'7 and weight 95killograms ( which i believe in 200 pounds ) yesterday i weighted myself and i dont know how the hell but i lose 5 killograms in last month im so happy
i weighted myself on 3 different scales and the results were the same
i was eating like a lot of fish ,lot of fruits and salads ,chicken
but i stil lcant believe in that

thats great news! a change in diet has certainly helped you and that is good, a simple change in the food we eat can make a change in weight over time so keep it up and remember only to weight yourlself on a monthy basis.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

I can suggest you Japanese diet (continue burning fat after stopping it), Winter diet (easy to follow), Coloured diet (fun and very effective, but hard), Tibet's diet - very normal and healthy.
