Trying to lose a good 30 lbs?!


Question: idk, more or less 30 lbs. my goal weight for right now is 185. i weigh 210 and im 5 foot 9. my plan that ive been starting since monday is just basic diet and excercise. i lift heavy weights on monday wednesday and friday. i walk my dog for 1 hour every day at a moderate speed. my diet includes eating 2 regular sized meals a day. nothing fatty, just basic stuff like rice with chicken. my question is, am i on the right track? am i going to lose weight ne time soon? im not a fat guy, i just have a little baggage here and there that i want to get rid of. ive been lifting since last january btw. 10 pts for nebody who can help tell me if what im doing is right or if i need to change something. thanks!

You seem to be on the right track although you should change your cardio to moderate/high speed atleast 15-Minutes a day three days a week and Keep doing the walking but it's not going to raise your heart rate enough to burn fat as would jogging or running. Remember muscle weighs more than fat so don't get discouraged when you get on the scale. Weigh yourself ONCE a week not everyday.

Just increase your cardio...and keep up the good work! Sounds like your first answer is good.

well if you start taking soy protine and than run about a mile but when your done do about 60 crunshes. you will lose it quick.... trust me do that for a bout a month and you will love the the way you look..........try eating a banana and other fruit for like lunch and when u eat chicken make sure its boiled not fried..... tell me how it goes
