Can someone give me some advice on how to gain weight. I work out but I dont see!

2 or more exercise per body part
4 sets per exercise
10 - 15 reps per set
30 - 60 seconds rest between sets
3 - 5 minutes rest between exercises
Go hard, if you arent sore the next day you havent broken down the muscle enough. Increase the intensity every two weeks so the muscle doesnt adapt.
Eat plenty of food, especially protein. Make your dinner high protein so your body can use it to build your muscles when you sleep which is when you recover most

u should eat within 40 min after work out. eat more carbs than proteins . eating carbs after work out makes u gain weight

protein is agreat way, increase the amount of protein (red meat, raw eggs, mushrooms etc) and try consuming your dinner a little later (also make it a larger portion with protein in it)

There are weight/muscle gain formulas in health stores. You take it before and after you work out. It's a little pricey but it's worth it.

To put on weight rather than tone, you need to eat lots of protein. Also, check your workout routine, if you do loads of cardio (treadmill, bicycle etc...) then that is fat-burning exercise, not muscle-building and may actually have the opposite effect.
Focus on a shortish routine that involves lots of muscle stretching, such as weights, that will force your muscles to grow (which is where the bulk weight will come from).

cut back on cardio , increase daily calorie intake and continue lifting weights . Eat every 2 hours , eat lots of pasta ( carbs) this site is great for gaining weight fast and safely.
