Am I doing okay?!


Question: Yesterday, I ate:
A piece of toast with some low fat peanut butter on it and I had a water with it.

Lunch, I had a grilled chicken cesar salad with a pint (are those little cartons a pint? I think so.) of skim milk.

And finally, for dinner I had another salad with low fat ranch dressing, a water and a serving (deck of card sized) of grilled chicken, no skin.

Am I doing okay? I know I should begin eating more fruits, but I'm working on it.

Also, I ate the toast with peanut butter because I thought it wouldn't be much to eat, but peanut butter gives you energy...? Am I right in thinking this?

You're doing better than okay, but yes increasing more fruits would be ideal. Peanut butter is a good protein source and it will give you energy.

Also include some daily exercise to lose even more weight and tone up.

your diet sounds pretty healthy and good for you to me just throw some exercise in there.
