I agree with the first answer, stop eating breads and sugars next. At least control how much sugar breads you eat. Also eat your carbs which are the sugar and breads, earlier in the day say for like breakfast and lunch, no carbs for dinner.
And make healthy choices when it comes to carbs, whole wheat is better, carbs from vegetables are better as well.

Carbs include sugars, bread, rice, muffins, bagels, candy, chocolate....

Also eat more protein and more vegetables to make up for the loss of carbs. good luck

Stop eating sugar next, and avoid bread.

Give yourself a time goal of 30 days before you even think about quitting. After that you will be in the habit and looking forward to the exercise.

Well to lose weight you don't just cut out the junk food you need to have a healthy diet and exercise reglary But don't over do it just keep it slow and eat healthy things.
