Answers: please help im 5'5 and weigh 189lbs

im 5'5 too and i was 162 but i lost 20 pounds. i did a 900 calorie a day diet (mostly veggies) andy i burned 2000 calories a day. now im 140 and i lowered my intake to 600 so i can lose more. dont go so low like at 600 though. im bulimic. but i dont want to purge so im lowering it that far. between 900 and 1200 is good for you though, just remember to excersize! oh and you might be hungry but listen to a tiny voice in your head begging you not to go overboard! you can do it ok! good luck.

dont yoyo diet cause youll only gain that back later. drink water ALOT of it because it fills you up fast. walk on a treadmill or outside for a moderate pace or jog for atleast 45 min. eat 6 SMALL meals a day and cut out alot of sugar which only turns into fat. check your food labels carefully. dont eat more that 20 fat grams a day and try not to go over 1000-1200 calories a day.

death usually takes the weight of eventually

Lift weights in the beginning and don't cut calories too much, but still cut some calories. You will gain muscle, which burns calories. When you stop losing, reduce calories, but only every other day or so. Then up your cardio and cut back on the strength training, but don't stop. Run sprints instead of continuous exercise. Alternate between runnign and walking. It works!

a mix of yoga and running= amazing as far as eating, im vegan but for breakfast before running= banana and tea, run then lunch= saladw/ goji berries and edamame and tons of veggies, then yoga to calm and stretch, for a snack, an acai smoothie- buy acai smoothie packs and add berries and soymilk, and for dinner tofu and veggies- you'll feel amazing!
