Tips on being Anorexic?!


Question: I'm a 5ft 10in 130 pound vegetarian. [i eat no meat from animal what so ever and i only eat cheese and icecream for dairy]

I want to weigh 100 pounds for graduation in june. I tried goign anorexic numerous tiems throughout the year but i usually go 2 days untill i eat again and it's usually my favorite food cheese pizza. Can someone plese give me tips on how to say no to food and stay anorexic and not eat much?

If you want to have a stable, good weight, don't starve yourself. One of my thinnest, most muscled friends said the secret was eating lots all the time ...lots of vegetables, lots of fruit, lots of beans and peas, milk and grains.

Starving yourself makes your body break down muscle so you might look thinner but you'll also be much more frail and tired. It has the side effect of producing ketones which are poisonous to your body. Starving yourself will also make your metabolism work really effectively so your body will really hold on to anything you eat

I think you should do a vegetarian cooking course because cheese pizza is just not going to be good enough to sustain you and keep you healthy and toned. You need to be scientific about getting all your nutrients.
Protein from peas, beans, lentils, tofu and dairy.
Iron from green leafy vegetables ...always eat them with lemon or orange or tomato (vitamin C) because it helps your body use the iron.
You'd be better getting some of your fats from nuts and avocados rather than too much cheese because they contain lots of vitamins you might be missing

What you achieve, what kind of human being you are, what you experience in life are far more important than what you look like. Looking inward at yourself is so limited when you can look outward and see the whole world

Nobody on yahoo should give you tips on how to be anorexic. It's a deadly disease. You need to seek some help.

wwwooooaaa! hunny, seriously exercise is the way foreward not anorexia! the fact that you are not anorexic is a very good thing! Your are not fat and at 5ft 10 130 pounds is fine! you looked great in that pic (my BF says so too! ;) ) Please don't try and be anorexic its so dangerous. a really good way of slimming not that you need to is by drinking smoothies that fill you up and cos its pure fruit are really good for you too!

You have a serious mental problem. I'm not saying that to be mean, but your desire to lose weight is unhealthy. I'm 5'11 and weigh 135 pounds, and anyone you ask would consider that thin as a rail. Enjoy food, it'd good for you.

son, anorexia is a disease, a disorder, something not to be played with. it kills.

100 pounds is way too light for a 5'10" man. are you really looking to get sand kicked in your face at the beach. women do NOT go for sticks. they want muscle and that weighs more than fat.

if you really want to look buff, do some weight training and make that stomach ripped. then you will look thin and healthy!

because if you dont eat for 2 days then eat something like pizza you put on more weight just eat more healthy, regualary and excersize being anorexic is disgusting and looks so bad dont be a fool

you start to feel faint and dizzy and tired ALL the time!!
i dont think anyone is going to give you advice because its such a terrible thing to have and believe me, you dont want it!
being obsessed with weight sucks, its all you ever think about. all food become your enemy, and sure the feeling of hunger feels good but just look around at other people you know, i bet theyre bigger then you... so try not to worry too much about it, and eat low calorie stuff (yada yadda im sure youv'e heard it thousands times before)
and fasting dosen't help, all you loose is water weight, and im not even sure if it makes you look skinnier loosing water weight

If YOUR fat.. Then I must be freaking godzilla. If I was you, I'd be enormously happy with my body. Anorexic isn't healthy.. People have died from it. Why don't you just try eating right.. and the good body will come along? .. Not that you don't already have a nice body already.

Don't go anorexic that's dumb eventually you'll get weak and like die okay I'm a vegetarian to and vegan means you don't eat or drink dairy products okay but anyway just exorcise just be normal k cause that's what girls do okay? they go omg I'm so freakin fat i hate myself i wanna go die!!!!! well no get over it exorcise and be happy with who you are turn that fat to muscle got it?
