You don't say how tall you are, but if you are under 100 pounds and anywhere above 4'8'' tall, you don't need to lose any weight. Fact is, your body is still growing and you don't have the woman's figure yet. It's getting there, but just not yet. You are supposed to have a little weight in your abdomen - because it is developing your uterus and all those things that you will need as a mature woman.
That said, I used to do beauty pageants, I'm 55 years old, have been pregnant 5 times, and still have an extremely small waist. Here is what I have always done:
You don't need the 300 crunches (I'm assuming that is what you are doing) every day. Take it down to around 100. Lay on your back on the floor, pull your abdomen towards the floor as if trying to pull your belly button to the floor. Lift your hips up, extend out one leg straight at a 45 degree angle, and do your second set of crunches that way. Work up to about 50. Then lower your body to the ground, rest a minute, pull your belly button back again, lift up your hips and extend out the other leg and do the same thing. This will flatten your lower abdomen. When you're done, raise your hands above your head, stretch out your feet, and reach up above your head as far as you can reach. This will stretch out your belly and flatten it out. Stretch like this several times per day to train that belly to be flat. This also should help your posture, as the better your posture is, and the straighter you stand, the flatter your belly will be. Stretching side to side - long stretches, should flatten your other muscles around your waist and train them to stay IN. Make sure to eat really healthy. You don't need any diets, as you are already thin, but you just need to keep your body in tone, stretch that abdomen often in addition to the exercise, and give your body a chance to develop.

no such thing as spot reducing. That's a myth. Only way is to lose overall body fat. Cut the dietary fat and do cardio.

Girl you don't need to lose anymore weight. You can go on the Atkin's low carb diet.

Don't drink soda or eat a lot of salty foods.

And hoola hoop!
That keeps my waist small, and it's really fun.

Keep doing what you're doing with the running and other exercises... just add in 30 minutes or so of hula hooping.
You can do it with friends and have a competition or you can do it while watching tv.

Good luck!

(While doing sit ups, use your abs to move you up, not your shoulders or back)

Ok for starters you're 13. Still growing a lot. There is no way right now to know what your final waist measurements will be. You are doing just great right now by staying active, that's a good habit to have. Please don't worry about the fat, your body will probably use that right up on your next growth spurt. That's how it works in your teens. You're short, you get a little pudge around the edges, then one day WHAM, you grow and all that mass gets rearranged over your new taller figure and suddenly it's not 'extra' anymore, you know?

As for your event on the 23rd, that's what support undergarments are for...sneaaaky :D

There is not a lot you can do to change your fat distribution. Where your weight lies is determined mostly by genetics. Recent studies have suggested (but not conclusively, by any means) that a diet high in trans fatty acids leads to more fat buildup in the abdominal area, so it might not hurt to read your labels and try to stick to foods that are heavier on healthy unsaturated fats and lighter on saturated fats and trans fats. You could also be sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet (at least 35 grams per day), which will help prevent a bloated appearance due to food from backing up in your intestinal tract.

Do not try to reduce your waistline by losing weight. This will not help and may make the issue more apparent for a couple of reasons. One, you will be thinner overall which will make your belly more obvious. Two, if you end up with poor nutrition your muscle mass will be reduced and result in more of a "pooch". In fact, you may feel better about your appearance if you try to gain a few pounds to accentuate other areas of your body.

Running will have very little effect on the area of concern as it does not exercise the abdominal muscles. All it will do is strengthen your legs and burn calories. Abdominal exercises like crunches can help to tighten and tone the area, but are unlikely to actually take inches off. Your subcutaneous fat lies over your muscles and will still be present no matter how toned you are.

Plus, there is a reason your abdomen needs to bulge slightly: it houses important internal organs, which do need space to function properly. The natural shape of the abdomen is different for every individual, and again, can not really be altered. That's not to say exercise is a bad thing-- a healthy amount will always make you look and feel your best. But don't overdo it, and be sure you have experienced guidance on what methods and amounts are right for you. Otherwise, all you'll accomplish is to drive yourself to exhaustion and put yourself at risk for injury.

Keep in mind, too, that you are only 13. Your body still has a lot of changes to go through. I weighed about the same as you did when I was your age, and was always a little unhappy with my relatively pudgy belly. However, when I hit about 16 or 17 years old and finally gained a few pounds to my bust and hips, it really evened things. In later years if you are dissatisfied with your fat distribution, you could be a good candidate for liposuction, but wait until at least the end of puberty to start thinking about anything so drastic.

Give yourself a break, and be thankful if a less-than-perfect abdomen is the worst of your problems. As long as you are generally healthy and feel good, you have no reason to be concerned about your body.
