Start by having a 3 healthy meals, and 3 healthy snacks you can snack on carrot sticks, small apple or fruit, nuts (only 14 almonds, 3 ounces of Tuna, 3 ounces of Turkey Breast etc)
DRINK WATER ALL DAY (A TOTAL OF 64 OUNCES OR MORE DAILY.)
Exercise even if it is for 15 minutes a day.
check label on the foods you eat. (such as cereal maybe 100 calories with out milk but it is 100 calories for a certain serving size.)
no sweets, soda, juices high in sugars, no chips
you should be able to lose 2-3 pounds a week to make it healthy, more that than it unhealthy.
You didn't gain the 25 pounds over night so it take longer to take it off.
Good luck you can do it.
DON'T FORGET TO DRINK WATER

run 3 miles every day and do 1000 sit ups a day and eat right and take all the snack food out of ur house or ask ur mom to stop buying it depending on how old u r

you are still eating too much...it's as simple as that.

June is 5 months away and you want to lose 25 pounds, That's reasonable because that means a little over a pound a week. Each pound is 3,500 calories, so each day you can make a decision if you want to eat 250 calories less than usual OR you can exersize for 30 minutes and still eat normal. A Milky Way bar has 260 calories, so if you don't eat one that could be your sacrifice, an 8oz glass of Pepsi is 100 calories so maybe if you are having 2 glasses of Pepsi, just have 1. The key is not to deprive yourself. Good question, now I'm motivated too!
