How was my diet today?!
Question: Breakfast: whole wheat toast, 1 fried egg, 2 pieces of bacon, cranberry juice
Lunch: 2 slices spinach & tomato pizza, water bottle
Dinner: baked tilapia fish with mango salsa, rice, green beans, iced tea
I can't believe I didn't have any dessert today! I drank a lot of water throughout the day and I feel really good about how I ate today. I have about 40 pounds to lose so any helpful words or encouragement would be greatly appreciated!

eat more smaller meals throughout the day to burn more calories. some tips on what you ate:
instead of pizza try flatbread with roasted veggies and a small bit of cheese.
have turkey or veggie bacon
poach your egg instead of frying it
instead of juice and iced tea drink water or diet soda
Nice job..although I would skip the bacon =]
