Want to gain muscle but want to continue playing sports?!
Question: I want to gain muscle, so I plan on hitting the gym a few times a week and increasing my caloric intake.
However, I play b-ball with friends once or twice a week. how bad will this hinder my gains? I know it will make it harder, but if I eat enough and eat properly, I should still see some progress, right?

it won't hinder your gains. it will HELP you to not gain fat when you're eating more. you want some cardiovascular activity regardless. you might even consider doing more than that
