Vitamin E, Vit B complex. Just a regular multivitamin should help. Silicon is also good for nails.

eating gelatin strengthens them

I was always told that zinc, vitamin B, and gelatin does the trick. I take a multi-vitamin on a daily basis and my nails had gotten alot stronger.

pre-natal vitamins are fantastic for your hair and nails ask a pharmacist or your doc

Prenatals are over the counter...doctors prescribe them when the patient has good enough insurance to cover them. They are around $20 for a 2 month supply at Walgreen's. Go to the back of the store...the vitamin wall...the carry 2 brands...Expectra is one of them. If you can't spot them, ask the pharmacist desk...they'll show you. This is how I bought mine when I had my son because insurance didn't cover it. Women of child-bearing years should take a prenatal instead of a multi because it has more folic acid.

Gelatin Capsules are the best. Calcium (Milk) is good also. You do not Have to be Pregnant to get or take Pre-natal Vitamins. The Dr. told me that the Over- the Counter ones are the same as the Prescription ones. No Difference.

Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme
well this isn't a vitamin its a cream you put on your fingernails to make your nails stronger
