whole wheat bread is great
1% cheese is WAY better then whole milk
veggies are excellent

good job!

If you're strict about dieting, then I would say any type of bread is carbs, and any type of cheese is bad. However, anything in moderation is okay. 2 slices, max...

I'd just make the dough rather thin, other than that you should be ok.

i think yeah - its okay
try the frozen pizza (the ones you bake in oven) - i tryed it sometime ago and it tastes real good and its often less than 200 calories per 100 gramms =)
hope i helped

I would skip the cheese,
used to do that alot and it was pretty tastey!!
good luck and peAce

Try using 12 grain toasted bread and tomato sauce. Pile on the veggies but no olives (they have fat) and no cheese (fat!).
Eat it for breakfast or lunch - you'll burn it off before bedtime.

Sometimes I have mad cravings for pizza, it's usually the tomato flavor I crave - I drink a V-8.

Or you could eat two slices of regular pizza and then walk two miles, it will balance out.

No
One day, I didn't eat anything except chocolate (600 cals)
I know my diet is unhealthy
