I think it sound pretty good. You might want to try a bagel with 1 tbsp PB, 1/2 a banana, and a glass of lowfat milk. That way there's some good protein for breakfast. I can't really know the number of calories because all bagels are different so I'd say 300-500 depending on the bagel, how big the banana, and how much milk. Even if it was unhealthy, one day of bad eating won't make you gain weight. Good Luck on your diet! :)

bagels have lots fo carbs, but i think if you watch your carb intake for the rest of the day you shoudl be ok, plus watch what kind of milk you drink, you shoudl be going for at least 2% or lower.

I don't think this is a very good breakfast. Too many carbohydrates!! Try this instead...two eggs plus some egg whites, a slice of whole-wheat toast with butter, and a small glass of o.j. This is only one idea, but make sure to include protein as a major component in your breakfast, along with a healthy carb and small amount of fat. Look at the carbohydrates on your package of blueberry bagels, it's probably75 grams or more. This will definitely not help you lose weight. Hope that helps.

Bagels and bananas have carbs.
