Weight Watchers???!


Question: I'm on WW and get 23 pts per day and 35 flex pts. With only 15 pounds to lose. I am having a hard time feeling full even when I eat all my points and dip into my flex points! I try to eat lots of protein and fiber to satiate my hunger but it's still not cutting it? What am I doing wrong....Don't be an @ss and put cleansing diet info on this! Just WW users please!

you should drink more water because it helps you stay fuller longer. And even though you are eating a lot of protein, you're not getting the fat that would normally help you feel full. So I would include some brown rice in your diet, and snack with plenty of vegetables. 0 point soups are great too!

You might want to try the core program. They have another selection of foods you can eat and there is a less dependency on points.

No need to watch your weight. Be happy with what you are.
