Working out question?!


Question: I am 5'5 and 145 . I have more of a athletic body. My question is I like my little curves I have and I want to know how to keep that but tone up my belly, butt, and arms without losing more weight because I start to look kind of sick looking if I go any more below. My body isn't shaped for a real skinny body.I want kind of a hourglass figure. I don't have big boobs but they are average. I don't know if that makes sense but what do any of you ppl think out there?

if ur interested to make ur body in a good shape . u shuld first hv a balance diet , the excercise i prefer for u is cycling (1hr) :- which will improve ur lower region . if u can swimming :- best for whole body , i don prefer jogging .. cycling is best . then basic ground excercise and taking some weight will make u in good and healthy shape .but these excercise shuld be controlled and for mental peace u can hv meditation , i don prefer for hours . jus hv a 15 mins in morning and if u hv good melodious song and relax ur self .

work out with weights. you can tone and keep the curves by building muscle.

Unfortunately, it is very hard to "spot" train - that is to tone a specific area. The best way to tone all at the same time is to do compound exercises, i.e. squat, bicep curl to shoulder press...this is assuming you go to a gym. You will have to start lifting weights to be toned.

lifting weights with plenty of cardio should do the trick

Try lifting weights,and doing crunches.This will work your butt,tummy and arms without losing ur sexy figure.
