Will i continue working out with muscle pain?!

Question: Hey, a skinny 15 year-old guy. I started working out on Wednesday for me to have an athletic body. I learned here(Y answers) that I should work out every other day. Now(its friday, my 2nd day of working out), I'm having a muscle pain on my arms and back, will I continue working out today with muscle pain(push ups and sit ups)? I'm so dedicated ^^

don do it until u r completely recovered it ll damage it more....

slow things down. from your description, you're pushing yourself too much. just take things slowly. get some muscle pain cream, that may help. if things get worse, go see a doctor.

Today you should do anaerobic exercises. Stretch and heart rate exercises. You don't want to tear a muscle. Try a step class, or use a stair stepper machine. This will allow your muscles to be exercised without the strain of weight, and you will still get the workout you want.

depends what the pain is like. If its a torn muscle feeling, then dont. let yourself heal and go see a personal trainer at your local gym and get them to show you excercises. if you arent doing them right, it can actually really hurt your muscles and your body and cause long term damage.
BUT if its a pain in the way that most people feel after a day of working out, then go for it

I dont know if you will but I wouldnt

Please tell me you arent doing floor sit ups, if you are anything like me with a bad back, do bed sit ups and put a pillow under your lower back, its less strain!

I also do reverse sit ups where I lay down and roll my knees to my head and down. Again on the bed and a pillow under my lower back.

About your arm, dont put them behind your head, if anything reach forward with them as if you are reaching for someone sitting at your toes, people make the mistake of putting thier hands behind thier head and they end up pulling thier head more than pulling thier abs, making neck pain very likly almost predicted.

u idot ..start with less weight..let ur body get accustummed..with the weight ...as for the pain get rest ..if possible massage the area with oils..(vitamin oils)

Take 2 days rest and then start your work with easy. you can't become a body builder within one day so go slow and steady with proper work out.

No your muscle need time to rest when u work out make a plan to work out 3 days a week to start so work out one day and take on off if you want you Muscles to they need to rest also if you are wanting to gain nice muscle mass you should eat lots of protein and crabs also lots of hole milk and yes if you are working different muscles. Hope this helps you.

The pain you suffer may not be dependant upon how frequently you workout, but the workout itself.

I'd be inteersted to hear what your workout consists of.
