Help please? Anyone at all? I feel so horrible...?!


Question: Mkay, so i am 15 years old, my birthday was in December and I am really tall, about 5.8'' I weight about 151 pounds and i feel so fat, i dont look fat really, just compared to my smaller friends i seem big, etc and i have quite the stomach, i really want to change my life for the good you know? because everyone seems to be losing weight, i really want to feel good about myself again, can anyone give me help or advice at all? Does anyone know any ways to stay motivated? Thank you soo much!! :D

Your not fat at all. I'm 5'9" and weigh 158 which is healthy. Start working out if you don't already and eat healthier. You will feel better when you are working out if you eat healthy. It may seem hard at first but just start out slow. Do sits ups everyday as many as you can and everyday and eventually you would be able to do more and more. Combine with cardio and i'm sure you'll get satisfying results.

You're BMI is actually 23, meaning you're at a reasonaly healthy weight. If you really want to lose weigth then you should be chosing to do it for yourself, not because everyone else is doing it. =]

oh and if you want to feel good about yourself, I find that exercising really helps.
