This is legal, safe and very healthy! Eat your main meal, in the afternoon between noon and 3pm. At dinner time, have something light like a salad or fruit. And do not eat anything after 7pm. Drink a lot of water or juice. This will not only help you loose the weight but you will feel a whole lot better!

Speeding up your weight loss will only result in it being much more difficult to keep it off. Slow constant weight loss is the way to keep it off for life. So unless you want to be even bigger later, just keep going and keep going slow.

Just get on a tread mill or go for a walk everyday. Try to start out a mile a day and work up to 5 miles.

I don't know how much you need to lose, but if you take it off too fast you're going to have sagging skin.

Okay when you say fast theres no fast way dangerous ways lead you to losing to much to fast and can leave you unhealthy for whatever you need the 5 pounds off for and why would you want to get arrested over losing 5 pounds ? your best chance at losing fast is just exercising its safe can be fun and wont leave you hurting or crying "Why did i do this how stupid can i be" the next week or leave you in the hospital so don't do anything dumb and weightloss pills aren't worth it so be safe.

A - its good that you are loosing weight - but if you do it too fast ie - 5 pounds a week - your skin will look like flab - and there is no excercise in the world that will fix that. Only plastic surgery -a nd you will look saggy and like a skinny grandma. Now is that what you want.

* Jst remember - if you are loosing more than 3 pounds a week - thats just water weight - you will gain it back within a few days after you are done dieting - have you even thought about how you will maintain it!!

Weight loss is not something to toy around. It's serious and your body may not able to accept the weight loss. A body needs to have a certain amount of weight to maintain itself. Otherwise you begin to destroy muscle which is not replaceable and can lead to the rest of your life on a wheel chair as a vegetable. Is that what you want? I didn't think so.

Go get a complete physical and let the doctor determine if weight loss is right for you. If it is, he'll tell you how much and how soon you can reach your goal, if at all.

watch what you eat. don't go balemic on me or any thing. average person is suppose to have at most 2000 calories a day. eat light meals. have a light breakfast, a snack, light lunch, snack and light dinner. if you eat small portions thru out the day compared to 3 big meals, it will increase your motabolism. which helps burn fat. you also need to work out. try burning more or close to the amount of calories you consume. you will be surprised at how much weight you can lose. drink lots of water to hydrate your muscles. no sodas! thats bad!!
do you know that if you give up soda you can lose weight without even working out. thats how bad they are.
oh! and celery is the only vegetable that you can eat and burn calories at the same time. just by eating it.
it may be gross, but it helps.
also take vitamins. you can even try fat burners to help increase your fat burning process.

My seven tips to lose weight:
1. Never sleep immediately after taking food. Sleep after 45 minutes minimum
2. Reduce salt in your food (say half salt food), this reduces unnecessary water consumption (Body weight is 70% water content) but regularly consume water so that you take 2 litres a day
3. Do not skip your food, this will make your food consumption high in the next time
4. Try to switch your food style to old traditional type, which is less junk and high proteins, vitamins and fibres
5. If you are a vegetarian it won't be a big task.
6. Whenever you feel hungry in between two food time, take a glass of milk or buttermilk
7. Avoid hotel foods, Hotel foods are poor in oil, freshness
