What's a good 1/2 work out routine that you can do at home with limited equi!


Question: I have an exercise ball and one dumbell with 15lbs. on it. I am looking for muscle/weight gain. Just looking for a good routine (include #sets and #reps) that I can do in the evening at home if I don't have time to go to the gym. Thanks!

Push Ups 2 sets
Lunges 1 set
Wall Squats with swiss ball 2 sets
Dumbbell Flys on Swiss Ball 1 set
Shoulder Press 2 sets
Swiss Ball Crunches 2 sets
Biceps Curls 3 sets
Lunges 1 set

*you can alternate upper lower, lower then upper, etc.

-each set with about 10-15 reps for muscle tone
-below 10 for strength
-this workout should not take you more than 35 minutes unless you have just started working out.
-you will need heavier weights as you get stronger = )

Make sure to do cardio too. Very important for heart's health.
Always warm up and cool down.

+ Always exercise with care and be sure to ask your doctor if you feel that a check up is necessary before starting a program.
