Weight problems help!!?!


Question: I am a girl in high school. I am now 14 i love my body put i am really over weight. I don't look so but i am people never have called me fat and made fun of me so i figure i looked fine. My family is always on my case about what i eat. I need a diet to help me i am like 190-200 pounds for a 14 year old thats bad. I don't even look it but its on me. I have no trouble with boys is like they don't even see the fat. I see it all the time. I want to cut it off. Help me i want to loose 80pounds by summer of 08.

Losing 80 pounds in 6 months is unhealthy. An effective weight loss is 2 pounds per week. So it could be possible to lose 50 pounds by June if done correctly.

You want to avoid fad diets or quick weight loss diets because once you get off of them it is easy to gain the weight back quickly.

Remember to lose weight you have to eat less than what your body can burn. So, lower your calorie intake and increase exercise activity. Also, drink 8 glasses of water as water is a natural metabolism booster.

Don't try to lose 80 pounds in 6 months, it's not healthy. Just make healthier eating habits.
