Im trying to get a six pack (abbs) how to get?!


Question: im trying to get a six pack and muscels anyone know what i should do and a diet please right now i do 50 crunches and 20 pushups at home and 30 in skool and 30 pushups in skool but i really need one thanks

ya, here's what your not doing: about 10x what you're already doing.

50 crunches, break, then 30 more isn't gonna get you what you want. Crunches by themself won't necessarily get you ripped abs, now matter how you do. Do at least 100 crunches in one sitting, take a few seconds break when it burns too badly. then search online for more different ab workout positions. You need to do a hell of a lot more if you want a six pack. It might take up to months to get it, but you'll definately feel the difference the first week.

Also, never do abs everyday. Always workout on one day, then rest the next, and repeat. As for pushups, they're not really gonna work your abs that much, but they will a little bit. If you're trying to build up upper body muscle, then start off with like 20 regular pushups, then move your hands out wider and do 15, then move them very close together and do another 15. You're using different muscles on each one. Again, make sure you do this workout every other day. Working your body this intensely everyday actually isn't going to give you successful results, as the muscle is not given ample time to grow.

but what i do to get mine is do 125 every night before i go to bed and it gets pretty cut...

500 crunches
500 situps
500hanging reverse situps
500 Roman Chair
500 obliques ( each side)
strict diet

and maybe just maybe you might get 6 packs
