find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
use fitday.com for tracking your intake

try to eat less junk food or drink green tea with out any sugar

your skinney and want to go on a diet? Thats silly..your body may never get fat even with junk food consumed..best way to avoid getting fat is to exercise and you will be fine.. Burn more calories than you take in and then don't worry about it!

You're fine, don't worry until you gain weight. I'm sure you have worse problems, don't worry about it.

You don't need to go on a diet, you just need to change the way you feed yourself. That's not a diet. You don't have to deprive yourself of the things you like but you have them once in a while, not every day and not full portions. You start by thinking of food as fuel for the body and then go from there. Instead of caving in to a sweet craving by eating candy every time, try eating an orange or other fruit you enjoy. You'll notice you're craving is diminished. Or if you MUST have that chocolate fix then eat a 2 squares and put it away. Crunchy cravings? Start replacing them with carrots and salsa or carrots and hummus or carrots and peanut butter. Not every time but most of the time. You have to realize that heart health begins to be impacted even at your age so start feeding your body well now. Switch white bread for whole grain. There are a lot of options but make one little change at a time and you'll see it isn't so hard:)

Ok I understand what you mean. I would just exercise more you can keep eating what you want just make it smaller portions. Also if you keep exercising that would help keep of the weight. Hope this all helps.
