Question: Serious answers only I want to lose 5 or more pounds a day, am not sure if this will work but if I eat 600 calories a day and do two-three hours of exercise will it be possible?

If you're looking for a fast fix (like weight loss programs in commercials) that'll go away quickly, yeah, that could work if you keep it up long enough. The only problem is your body will start to store up the fat (it makes your metabolism slow down). You could also do a soup/water/juice fast, which is unhealthy, but detoxes your body and you lose a LOT of weight. I wouldn't advise it, though... It also depends on what kind of exercise and where you want to lose weight. I'd be careful and read up on the dangers. It is pretty unhealthy, but I'm not going to lecture you, though. I know you don't want to hear it. So, I will say this: Good luck!

No way to lose 5 lbs a day in a healthy way. A good weight amount to lose weekly is only around 2-3 lbs. Losing weight any faster than this will only cause problems and you will be more likely to gain the weight back or even more.

Losing that much weight that fast is very dangerous. You should be cutting a pound or two a week at the absolute maximum!

No good, healthy gain comes overnight. The best solution truly is a balanced diet and exercise. Any "quick weight loss" diet will mostly lose you water weight, which isn't very healthy to lose, and you will just gain it right back eventually.

Also, you don't have to cut calories that drastically, or you will just continue to keep yourself in a state of exhaustion. Too much of this, and bodily functions will start to shut down. Burning more calories than you take in will lose you weight, but exercise will build muscles, which will help your body to burn more calories in a rested state. And to build muscles, you need food!

anorexic !!! stop it u fool !!!

If you lose that much weight a day, you are only losing fluid and will be dehydrated. That is a very unhealthy goal. You should be losing no more than 2 pounds a week for the weight loss to be healthy and permanent.

You can amputate one limb every day.
