How can I increase my Bench Press max quickly?!
Question: I work out regulary and eat well. My protein intake is around 200 grams per day. Yet i have reached this peak and cant seem to surpass it. I still see increases in my deadlifts and squats, but bench will not go higher

You have to shock your muscles. Try asking someone to spot you, set the weights at something that's beyond your max, let the spotter(s) lift it, and you control it down alone on the negative. Also, you can try a workout that increases in intensity, for example, startout with 165 (2 sets of 12 reps) then go to 185 (2 sets of 10 reps) then go to 205 (2 sets of 8 reps) when I do this, I close out with compound sets combining 12 pushups with 8-10 reps at 145 (2 sets)
