Best way to get a SIX PACK?!?!
Question: i weigh about 118, and i have like no muscle tone.
I do 50 lunges and 100 crunches with my legs in the air everynight.
Any suggestions to get a six pack before summer?

keep up this routine, and be consistent with it, that is the most important thing
also remember when you do your crunches, don't use your legs at all, use only your stomach, and feel that good burn :)
Keep doing what you're doing. By summer, you will have a 12 pack.
Follow Gabe's advice.
Eat less carbs and more protein. Do sit-ups on a Pilates Ball. Hook your feet under a couch or something, and just do regular sit-ups. Try and go past horizontal. You will work all your core muscle groups, as well as your lateral obliques, upper and lower abdomenals, and your back.
While I do agree with the previously suggested workout "program," keep in mind; you can work out your abs until the end of time but if you don't make an attempt to diet you'll end up with very strong abs but still a layer of fat/skin. This assumes that you lack muscle definition, with that being your only problem.
