It's called the Master Cleanse Detox program.
Involves eating no solid food. Instead, you drink a mixture of lemon juice, Grade B maple syrup, water and Cayenne pepper.
It's basically a liquid fast. The concept being you don't eat solid foods to give your digestive system a break. It lasts usually 10 days and is helped along by drinking some laxative type tea to clean your system.
