What is the best form of exercise to loose weight?!


Question: Cardio exercise. the two best ones are swimming and running. and u dont have to go to some expensive gym, just run around the block, then gradually increase ur speed and distance. weight lifting is good for toning, but not for weight loss. you have to feel a bit breathless and get ur heart rate up to know that u have actually burnt some calories. i reccomment about 10 minutes jogging, 5 minutes walking, 10 minutes jogging then 5 minute cool down. and remember to stretch after so u dont hurt any muscles. hope this helps!

Any, done intensely. Do a lot of cardio, or better yet, hard sprints.

Try Breastwalking/ Jogging with the help of Oatmeals everyday, or every other day. It helped me alot!

You can also try doing it on a threadmill.:D

Daily exercise is the best and most fun too.

It's 'lose weight'...'loose' is the opposite of 'tight'.

the "exercise" of doing all those weight-loss regimens, disciplining yourself and STICKING TO IT!

I firmly believe walking to be the best.If you had to pick only one exercise, that would be the first one. Not too strenuous for first timers, but gets the circulation going and you will see a huge benefit if you stay with it. A good brisk walk is excellent for everyone!

if sex isnt available to you (poor you) then dancing is really good and fun
if you suck at dancing, then take up a martial art. tae kwon do, kung fu etc. takes a lot of energy out of you.
if you are too lazy or pathetic to do a martial art, then just go to the gym. do light weights for long periods of time. also running, cycling, rowing etc. at the gym help lose a lot of weight.

Aerobics of all types: steady state, intervals, etc. Mix it up to keep the boredom away and keep your body challenged.

swimming is excellent also running because they both increase fitness aswell as burning calories also cardiovascualr excercise keeps the heart strong so that will help. but running on a treadmill or real running for 30 mins a day will go a long way
