eat lots of good protien like egg whites fish, salmon, shrimp and veggies like broccoli salads and spinach. put lots of cheese on your broccoli if youlike that drink lots of water and milk right before bed and put olive oil on top of your salads about 2 tbspoons eat 3 meals 2 snacks and work out. almonds are also high in calories and are good for you

Note, that's <heavy> weights, not the light, small pink ones. Those are useless. If a child can lift a 3-lb weight, what is a grown woman doing with it? Wasting her time. Gotsta be heavy weights. Don't worry about bulking up, we don't have the goods to bulk up. The only women who bulk up big take drugs for that, so you'll be just fine.
