Losing weight?!?!

Question: Hey everyone! I'm 17 and a size 10 (UK size) but I want to get back down to a size 8 as quick as possible, so if anyone has any good tips please drop me a line!

P.S. I'm don't have access to the gym and I don't have much time for exercise....Is there any other way?

You DO have to eat breakfast whether you are hungry or not, because it tells your metabolism to expect more food today (i.e. run faster) than if you had skipped.

It MIGHT vary from person to person, but I know from experience that no matter how much you restrict your calories, without the element of exercise you won't lose much weight. That's what most publications say too, but I didn't really believe it until I started exercising and FINALLY dropped 10 lbs.

For food, most of the choices are sensible. Read the labels because some foods claiming to be healthy are mostly just sugar (looking at YOU nutri-grain bar). Be sure to eat lean proteins so that your blood sugar doesn't crash. Eat as many vegetables as possible.

For exercise, on the positive side, there are ways to sneak a little more exercise into your life here and there, but most of them DO take more time. My best suggestion would be to walk or bike to your destination whenever possible, even though it WILL take longer. Listen to music, and remind yourself when you have to leave early that this is for your goal. Same for taking the stairs.

Good luck!

chicken

eat breakfast no matter what. only eat when u r hungry and do simple excersises when u have time

I lose 3-4 pounds a week using weight watchers plan but I do not attend meetings. I have lost 48 pounds is 4 months on it. Plus it is really healthy and you don't feel hungry.

Just eat 1200 calories daily(no junk foods or soda), drink atleast 8 glasses of water daily and get the 7-8 hours of sleep needed and you should be able to lose weight.

eat small portions several times a day . your body can only process 300 calories in two hours so any more than that will go to storage (fat) to be processed later . never consume margarine , pig products , or soda . and a ten minute stretch session before a shower will help your internals processes foods and i don't want to hear you saying you don't have time for that !!!
