Removing love handles..??!


Question: NO SURGER, OK.
So, I run and I use the ab lounge, I do lunges, hit the punching bag almost everyday, but my "love handles" just don't go away. I stay away from junk food and fattening foods. Any ideas that HAVE worked by working out at home?? And NO TO surgery, I don't have any money for that. Thanks

Have you considered it's not SUPPOSED to?

If you've dropped 30#, you are healthier and better off than you were. Congratulations. Now, consider the fact that women are supposed to have CUUUUURVES. If you eliminate the love handles, you are cutting into your body's reserves that are necessary to keep you healthy, to allow for cushioning of your organs, and all of the other functions that fat plays in your body.

Tone your obliques, and I would suggest doing it WITHOUT the Ab Lounger- never been a fan of 'em! There are other exercises for upper AND lower abdominals. Try a belly dancing class- meet new friends, have fun, and even pick up a hobby that is more fun that drudgery of lifting weights!

i laugh at the fact that you are opposed to surgery because of the money, and not that you would be a complete ***** if you went under the knife to get rid of fat. You probably dont even have any love handles.

I suggest stretching and yoga and such.

im told crunches work good for getting them away

I do side crunches. I'm not sure how affective a side crunch is on the ground but I use a piece of equipment at my gym with a ten pound weight. If you like exercising at home you can use a stability ball. Just balance yourself on the ball with your hips just off the ball and crunch to the side. I hope this helps.

I took slendering it- flattened my tummy and erased my love handles in 10 days.
