Mass building workout routine?!


Question: i currently cut down the number of reps in my sets.....i now do 5 to 6 reps in sets of 5, lifting heavy weights but still maintaining good form....is this right for building mass or putting on muscle?

That is strength training, you will put on muscle but it will not come on as fast as it would if you were doing mass training. Try this:
2 + exercises per bodypart
4 - 8 sets per exercise
10 - 15 reps per set
30 - 60 seconds rest between set and 3 - 5 minutes between exercises.
Increase intensity every 2 weeks
Trick is to do the weights slowly, because it is time under tension that is the key not the amount of reps
