Is this healthy???!


Question: I don't like eating 6 small meals a day like people recommend, because i hate feeling full 24/7.

I usually eat 3 healthy meals.. and a very occasional snack

BUT THE THING IS........
sometimes there a huge gap inbetween my meals....
so my stomach starts shrinking between the hours and I am not able to eat as much... not that i have a problem with that.. at all

but is it really unhealthy? I eat alot of vegetables, whole grains, milk, and 8 cups of water a day

It sounds good to me. I think your on the right track. I don't want to eat 6 small meals either and feeling full 24/7. Just eat healthy like you have been. Drinking water is the best thing to do and healthy.

talk to your doctor, only they know is it is right for your health.

Drinking the water in between meals will keep the stomach from shrinking as much.

eating 6 small meals is for weightlifters trying to grow, if you don't lift then that sounds fine.

everyone has that problem its ok.

it doesnt sound bad but maybe to fill in the gaps u should bring a granola bar or something. its low calorie... healthy and yummy
