Any kind of exercise in which the arm is straightened will work the triceps, including things like bench presses, which also work the pecs and biceps. To isolate the triceps, my favorite exercise is reverse pushups, or dips. Take two exercise benches, and place your feet up on one and your hands on either side of you, and slightly behind your torso on the other bench. Your hands should be turned so that your palms are on the bench and your fingers hanging over the sides. (Try not to grip the bench with them, as you want to focus on pushing with your arm.) Your body should form an L-shape. From here, just do them like pushups; go down as far as you can, bending your elbows but moving as little of the rest of your body as possible, and then push back up. You'll feel your triceps burn in no time! Try doing 5 sets of 10 and see how you feel. If you feel that your own body weight isn't enough, you can put a barbell plate or a medicine ball in your lap to give yourself some more resistance.

Bench press, push ups.

You can do bench dips. Sit on a chair the lift off with your hands and your butt suspended, then dip your butt toward the floor only bending at the elbows then back up again. Do about 15 reps rest then do 15 more. Oh the further you extend your legs the more challenging they will be.

using dumbbells, bend over and move your arms back and forth from bent in to straight out

bench press and pushups, bench presses work best but do small sets with heavy weight not lots of sets with small weight

diamond push ups or close grip push ups, close grip bench presses, tricep kick backs, tricep extensions. bicep curls and hammers with dumbbells and curlbar or barbell.

put your elbows on something flat but where they can hang off off. hold weights in your hands and proceed to do bicep curls but it actaully works your triceps
