what you ate was fine-you need to remember the dynamics of loosing weight-it's really simple
you gotta burn more calories than you take in. if you eat like that and walk 30 minutes daily I can guarantee you will
1. loose weight
2. trim up/tighten up
3. improve your cardiovascular system (heart)
4. improve your respiratory system (breathing)
5. live longer
6. improve your complexion
7. get great looking legs and buns

All I know is that your not eating very healthy. I'm pretty sure that latte had atleast half a day's worth of calories. Just because it says non-fat doesn't mean you can't get fat. Fat doesn't make you fat. Eating the wrong types of food does.

Your fine!

so unbalanced and not enough calories for a typical person. the type of foods you are eating are also unhealthy and by eating less you can actually slow your metabolism and gain weight

i ate a cat.

You didn't eat enough. Should have had more fruit and veggies, more dairy, more protein. Sounds like you only had one meal, skipping breakfast and lunch will result in weight gain.

The 200 calories from Starbucks could have been 2 cups of skim milk or oatmeal with milk and a little brown sugar or three servings of fruit, three more yogurts, 4 cups of salad, ....
