How do i stick to my workout schedule?!


Question: I really try and work out and take care of myself but every time i end up quiting its mainly because im lazy i really need help to overcome this lazyness and become healthier and stronger!!!

An easy and simple way to motivate yourself to workout is to have an exercise partner. Having someone to be accountable to makes it easier to succeed. If you decide to skip a workout, you will be letting someone else down also.
Therefore, you tend to show up!

It is all up to you.... You have to push your self... Nobody can make you stick to it.... If you are lazy then you are just lazy

You just have to push yourself, or think of something that motivates you. You know what I do? I taped an old picture of myself on my treadmill, one where I used to be really skinny. Now I work out like 3 hours a day, which is pretty good considering all I used to do was lay around and watch tv all day. Just keep reminding yourself of the finished product and be tough on yourself. Good Luck!

U and me both Pablo. Well, you have to find something that bugs or irritates you to the point where you have to do something about it. For example, during one of those dark times in my past, I ordered pizza frequently from my favorite restaraunt for like, a week straight. I called them so much that, when I opened the door to get the pizza, the delivery man was laughing at me under his breath. That was a breaking point for me. You have to find something you want badly, and the only way to get it is to exercise. You have to find deep motivation.
