Question: Im 110 pounds but my stomach its not flat how can i get a flat stomach? and get small thighs and legs and skinny arms and wanna lose 6 pounds please tell me how.what should i eat and what kind of exercise should i do? would tennins be ok?

weight loss is probably unnecessary...but drinking water and eliminating soda can work wonders to flatten a tummy...i'm not kidding, i do it a lot and it is great...also, if you want to tone up, light weightlifting for arms and LOTS of crunches for belly. lunges are also great for thighs.

Get on a treadmill for atleast a half hour. When you can feel like you can go on it more, go on for an hour or 45 min. Or, do some other activity for a half hour minimum.
Oh yeah! and drink plenty of water. Water is good for you because it has no calories or trans fat.

you should eat very healthy foods like salads and low -fat stuff. You should work out three times a week for 3 hours in that rate you wont loose 6 pounds youll lose like 15. Also diets like these are hard, don;t push yourself too hard. If you wanna eat KFC on your diet. Go ahead just workout an extra 20 min at the gym.Also, work at your own pace. I also perfer buying workout dvd's espiscally " Cardio Salsa" I lost 15 pounds with that in one 3 weeks. I think tennis is an okay idea, i mean working out at the gym can make more of a difference.GOOD LUCK. follow these steps nd your own the road to one hott body!!

Jump rope and hit the steam room. then sits ups. stream room. then hydrate and run tomorrow.

I don't expect you to so easily trust me with your body, but whatever you do be careful. I've never seen anyone healthy under 104.
