What is the best way to lose the belly?!

Question: When you are really skinny everywhere else?

Answers: When you are really skinny everywhere else?

In the way of exercise, your best bet would be a few days a week of cardio, plus a few days a week of strength training. The cardio will make you feel better all around as well as help you drop the pounds. The strength training will help to build some muscle, which burns more calories at a resting rate than fat would (not to mention the aesthetic advantages of a toned body). Unfortunately, you have no control over where your body burns fat or stores it, it's up to your genes. But following that routine will help overall fat-loss which will eventually target your belly.
Food-wise, make sure you stay away from hydrogenated fats, (which studies have shown to accumulate around your stomach area). They hide in a lot of unlikely foods, so make sure that you read the ingredient lables when possible!

i used a hulla hoop it's very effective.twice a day 10.min each
it works

Cardio: running, swimming, cycling.

Its all about minimizing body fat percent.

Well its excess fat. Cut down on the bad things you are eating. Its hard to "spot excersize". Just try eating more veggies, and leaner meats. Plenty of water works too!

Try swimming as well. It works your entire body, and is low-impact

stop drinking beer
stop eating sugar
stop eating fats
eat less meat
eat & drink less dairy

Exercise doing sit ups and crunches

These people are all correct but they're missing important information.

It's not about staying away from sugar and fats, its about staying away from HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP AND PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OIL!!

that stuff is UNNATURAL and you're body doesn't know what to do with it when you ingest it so it stores it as FAT!

It's terrible for you and if you cut this stuff out, and exercise, you will look great!

I lost 17 ponds in just 2 week. Simply by walking 10 seconds and running for 20 seconds. Repeat this until you think you are satisfied with the workout. NOW GO OUT AND GET STARTED:)
